缺陷描述：Issue Description
报告人：Reporter
零件批次：Batch or Lot 
例句：Please help me segregate all the suspected lots of the headlamps请帮我隔离所有的缺陷批次大灯
注：说起批次这个词，针对质量人来说，出了问题第一个想起来的就是要咖喱！what？是隔离啦，哈哈！那么隔离可疑物料到底应该用哪个词？我们会想到的以下几个单词：

推荐：segregate
共用车型/产品：Common/Shared Vehicle Mode
零件名称：Part Name
零件号：Part Number
发生地点、工位：Station
稍微展开一下，汽车装配线的基本工位名称：
内外饰装配：Interior/Exterior Assembly Station
底盘装配：Chassis Assembly Station
质量门：Quality Station
问题发生频次：Frequency
单一问题：Single Case
批量问题：Quantity Issue
问题类型：以下介绍几种通用的问题分类：

标注好缺陷位置，好坏零件对比
The defect area should be marked clearly on the part and also the comparison between OK and NG parts is necessary.
如果缺陷照片无法辨别，留好缺陷样件便于供应商确认
If the defect is hard to identify by the picture ,then keep the defect part to wait for the confirmation of the supplier

You should attach video files to the report when meet a abnormal issue.
