what are some important characteristics of a co-worker

We all work or will work in our jobs with many different kinds of people. In your opinion, what are some important characteristics of a co-worker (someone you work closely with)?

I hope ,my all co-worker can finish he’s work by himself first. I don’t like some co-work to finish he’s work usual need others people help.

Also I don’t like some co-work finish he’s work always miss the deadline , I like people can finish he’s work on scheduled .

And I don’t like someone argue with other people usually. I like if any problem happened, co-work can discuss for face to face and solve it .

And I hate someone who backbites usually.
