business trip

Our company has a cooperate with toshiba.
This week I have an opportunity to have a two-day business trip with the quality director of toshiba,a japanese and vipe-president of oue company. We have no translator, the VP’s japanness is good enough to communicate with the director (it’s so important that fluent in a foreign language! Haha～).
Before the trip I had writed a list,it contain the quastion that may be use.
As it knows japanese is carefully, but up to now,I fanally to feel how carefull the japanese would be. The first day ,we begin buseness after some polite introduce.,most of the quastion in my list has used, and there also some quastion that I had not think of have referd by japaness and VP. After the interview, I contrast my transcript with my list, re-think this business from the view of japaness and VP, find the fault of my consider, and write a new list for the next day. It was advisable for me to amend the list,the conversation is finished. Haha,perfect ! Recall this buseness trip, l feel the polity and carefully of japaness,the considered of a leadership. The sentence ‘he who is not in a particular office has nothing to do with plans for administration of its duties’, maybe can change into ‘he who is not in a particular office can know the plans for administration’.
By the way, about polity, from my feel in the two days, the japaness: whatever, I polite to you in first, and chianese: hi, look，we all know each other,so the etiquette just noneed.
