March 12, Wednesday, Rain

In the recent days, I have been busily engaged to deal with incoming material problems and at the same time I was required to develop passing standards of new materials. It was a hard struggle, but thank God, I finally finished the work. With management’s approval of this document, I held a meeting this evening to train QC girls to ensure that they will pay special attention to all new incoming materials from now on.

March is our peak production season; everyone has a lot of work to do, and my workload has been doubled. Likewise, we all are much stressed out, both mentally and physically. Seeking relief, last night I was told me by my yoga teacher that practicing meditation might help. In order to achieve good attitude and good spirit during the day, from tonight, I will spend the minutes every night to practice meditation before going to bed. She also told me that if I can sustain this exercise as a habit, I will be a happy person.
