cqe or cqm?

All the sudden I just realized that the CQM maybe too large for my this year's target.
Big vision is good thing but reality can't be ignored, for the tools I had learn from Chinese CQE is not that understandable.
Maybe the best way is to just read both the handbooks first and then make the dicesion.
