摔箱测试标准（carton drop test standard)

经常有朋友问我摔箱测试标准，现与大家分享。
此标准为验货公司常用，外贸公司也多是采用此标准。当然，如果产品是易碎品，且有易碎标志在外箱上，摔箱时就要酌情处理了。一般来说经常是摔6面，或者3面，甚至1面，或者不允许摔箱。
一般摔箱测试标准如下：
Drop test shall be performed according to the following sequence:
One corner, three sides, six panels.

The drop height shall be determine according to the following table
1~20.99 lb (0.45~9.52kg) 30in. (0.762m)
21~40.99 lb (9.53~18.59kg) 24in. (0.610m)
41~60.99 lb (18.62~27.66kg) 18in. (0.457m)
61~100 lb (27.67~45.36kg) 12in. (0.305m)

Report the mass of the carton and the drop Height. Check the carton condition and the condition of the goods.
