how to send mail
now i have to tell someone which visit my personal space how to send mail. because for a job man. send mail is a very important thing in everyday.
maybe you will be puzzle or don't know how to send a good mail. because mail for boss or sublevel. the respect word and the form. and the vioce and so on and so many need to be take notice.
first, to. need to to someone which related to this thing directly or your submember. CC, need to cc related person's boss. general speaking, cc is the boss of to person.
second,the title also important, the title need to let everyone to fold your mail and read it. so your mail title need including mail content of what you want to talk. if it's an urgen mail or very important mail, you could add "urgent"or" important" at the last of title. for example (customer feedback 50% defect rate for Arrow case----important !)
third, the content must including all the info(when,what,which ,why, who ,what happened, need who to be solve,need who to support. and so on );the font must be coordinated. and at the end of mail, need add some words like Thanks or best regards. other need to be note, you should sign you name. or it's not polited. by the way, you need summary you attached file if you have, due to many boss have no time to see your attached file.
at last .hope you can read you mail two times to make sure all the info and word are correct, then send out. by the way, before you send it out , i think you at best to write you content first , then to , then cc. then send out, because you may send it out before you finished you mail. it's very very rude.
