The study for ISO family standards

Recently having time to learn these ISO standards such as ISO10000 family and ISO9000 family, now I get the information to eslatblish a good managment system in our factory through meet with some conflicting which come from different dept..Virtually that is a challenge for me and our dept..Now I feel two things are important to us:a).focus on the customer,b).continuous improvement for very process,they are two cornerstones for our management system. When it comes to the BPM,there are three things should be paid special attention to: 1).the data-driven management approach 2).the team-based model leadership 3).the factual decision-making They are basic tenets to make sure all things are under control and implementation in the correct way; anyway there are still some qustions should be answered during our daily business unit managment.
