I have one day to deep dive about one topic"Lean management system",we all know lean tools like 5S,SMED,Pull sytem,leveling and pokayoke,but never we have been exposed of lean management.
Lean management is about how to deploy the lean and how get all walks of management involved in lean,especially the level in Gemba.
Generally 4 steps to help attain a lean managment system:
-Standard work for leaders( shift leader,supervisor,product management,plant manager)
-Visualize the work
-Daily accountibilities
-Discipline Audit
With all above steps,we can integrate and apply lean tools and make the lean as habitual behaviors.
Lean tools is one wing of lean plane,lean management is another wing.With both,the company can fly far and high!
