Manager=Shifter?

Strategy - some how each leader has some strategy for his or her group in terms of vision / mission / how etc.

Helper - help your subordinates to fix the issues they are facing

Instructor - release instructions by making decisions

Follow - follow up the issues that could be "forgot" by your subordinates

Trainer - a leader must be a trainer

Educator - education is mainly talking about leader's knowledge applying to organization

Reminder - somehow like "follow" but mainly referring preventing potential risks/issues from happening
