要求：1.Bachelor degree in statistics or engineering related background.2.At least 5 years experience in quality field and 3 years experience in Lean & six sigma function in multinational company, world class lean sigma company in automotive or aerospace industry will be preferred. 3.BB certificate4.Be very familiar with the advanced tools such as DMAIC, DFSS, DOE, SPC, MSA5.Be familiar with automotive APQP/PPAP and AIAG 5 manual is required6.Strong class teaching experience for both in Chinese and English7.Strong project management, communication and presentation skills8. Be flexible and prioritize base on tasks and assignment
职责：
1.Establish advanced Lean & six sigma strategy, training and growth plan for company China manufacturing and suppliers2. Lead plant APQP and program launch, Top CTQ flow down, QFD, design matrix development , MSA and capability studies with engineering quality team.3. Lead six sigma & lean manufacturing GB, BB training (DMAIC, DFSS) and mentor projects for company internal team and suppliers4. Working with company internal team to identify top quality issue in QIP process and set up annual six sigma project review matrix and reward system5.Understand our customer expectation in diverse industry, doing gap analysis and set up solid training plan to meet this expectation
