A Quality Supervisor Request

Essential background requirement 1) Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent experience to be determined by testing as applicable 2) 5 years or above related quality related experience. 3) 3 years related managerial experience in manufacturing setting Essential experience and professional skill requirement 1) Strong knowledge of Quality Engineering, such as, SPC, DOE, GD&T2) Strong knowledge of Quality Standards, eg., ISO90000, QS9000 and TS2. 3) Well versed in OEM requirement, quality standards and problem solving techniques 4) Strong knowledge of commodity product, process and tooling, such as, molding and stampping 5) Good overall oral and written communication skills both Mandarin and English 6) Highly focused on results and objectives 7) Strong attention to details. 8) Cautious and precise 9) Assertive and determined 10) Diplomatic and tactful 11) Preventative attitude and quick response



职位职责：
JD:1. Assist Quality Manager in development and implementation of a quality assurance in process,including the preparation of respective instructions and manuals that ensure all product parts meet all standards 2. Manage the quality assurance process including inspections, sampling and the testing of parts produced by the company according to established standards 3. Planning and request for resources /supports in assurance of customer satisfaction. 4. Monitor the product quality performance and take leadership for quality problem solving / corrective & preventive action developed and implemented in quality aspects. 5. Manage and Monitor the quality department performance such as customer PPM and internal PPM etc, and report to top management 6. Provide timely coaching, counseling, and feedback to plant QC through one-on-one sessions, performance appraisals and team meetings7. Adhere to all plant policies and procedures as outlined in the desktop procedures, employee handbook and the Employee Norms8. To ensure company internal rules in compliance with legal requirements 9. Perform other duties as required
