Company was sold

Before festival, I applied 4 days leave.
Then the day before yesterday, I came to office and got a email from headquater, our section was sold by Group. It was sold to a Janpanese company.:(
Why a Swiss company has to be sold to a Janpanese? I can't understand CEO's explaination in the email.
While it is true.
No any news was told how to deal with this branch in China. After all it is too small, only about 30 employees.
It is heard that Japanese management is very different to Swiss.Maybe I will have no time to key-in something here.
I have a hope the company can be good.It is a company where I stay longest.
