2012-11-22 (My last working day of service in Flextronics)

HI Dear Flextronics Colleagues & Friends

It is about time for me to inform of my friends and colleagues in Flextronics family that it is my last working day of service in Flextronics today; My 13+ years of work here have been a wonderful journey of learning and growth, and I thank you all for being part of this journey, after all, we have been growing together with great company and earning great value of experience and engraving great memory in our life;

During my stay with Flextronics all along, all the valuable experience has taught me knowledge & experience, skills and insights that prepare me well for the future, I will cherish the occasions of working with and learning from you, your zeal & kindness and selfless supports given me in my time of need should never be forgotten……I would like to take this opportunity to express my most sincere gratitude to all friends and colleagues who have been giving support and encouragement; also I can not end this farewell letter without thanking my 26bosses (or call direct managers) I ever worked for in Flex in particular, all of your excellent leadership and mentorship, guidance, enlightenment and knowledge-sharing, with a high level of empowerment provided to me have promoted my career development in Flex & in life, and I have been a fortunate beneficiary of this experience……

At the same time, I hope I have provided & contributed in some small ways in promoting your work effectiveness and self-enrichment to all my Six Sigma GBs, CAP & F-GDPs, QMS & DCC, HW QA team members as well……Also please believe your thoughts & decisions that devote your service into Flextronics is a good choice absolutely, as we have witnessed the growth of company business with outstanding performance, which can not be achieved without your participation and diligence, hard working…… however, the higher level of customer satisfaction and operation & business performance still need your efforts to keep it up, please continue to do well in Flex & in the industry no matter how the EMS business model in the industry will be changed in the future, and just enjoy your work & life here no matter when Taiwan & DiaoYu Islands will be returned back to Mainland China, no matter how the housing price in China will be increased……

My access to Flextronics is going to be cut in a few minutes/hours, and then we have to end the working relationship for the time being, but not the end of our friendship……

Pls keep in touch and I believe our path will cross again in another junction in the small world someday!
