RoHS豁免清单更新 条款已达39项

RoHS豁免LED中镉2010.2.26，欧盟在官方公报上公布委员会决定2010/122/EU，鉴于对LED中的镉进行替代，在技术上还不成熟，决定对其进行豁免。至此，RoHS指令附录（即豁免清单)条款，增加至第39条

温馨提示：
要充分了解熟悉RoHS指令的豁免清单和豁免期限，提高合理利用豁免规则的意识，积极为自己的产品申请豁免以争取更宽阔的生存空间； 加强供应商采购控制管理，尽可能要求提供原材料成分声明，采购达到RoHS要求的元器件和原材料，对不确定的供应商材料要进行内外部测试，确保不掺杂有害物质以符合申请豁免条件； 豁免项目针对的是产品中的特定有害物的应用，而非整个产品被豁免，如一零部件中焊料中的铅是符合RoHS指令的，但不代表该零部件产品就能被豁免，同一部件中仍不能含有其它限制形式的铅或其它五种被限制物质。
