Hunt a new job next year no matter what happen

It is useless to compain that I am fooled a year again.
Boss says change.But at the end,the important doesn't change for me.Others,I don't care whatever they change.
Last night it is very ridiculous that forward GM gave me a call last night.She asked me to quit if Boss would increase my payment.I have no ideal what she mean.
I don't do as she said. And of course I send a Email to my boss highlight my expectant requirement.
If no any feedback and good message, I have to quit. I think it is a normal Chinese solving method.
Of course her words reminded me. If I don't create chance,I can't obtain change.
Any way, I need take some pressure of house loan. Next year,I will work out of the pressure. I can do sth for change.
Come on.
