Job Responsibilities:
Ensures compliance with DIN/ISO, customer specific requirements and company procedures/ standards.
Manage complex and potential high risk supplier situations related to part/process development – current and launch.
Evaluates potential new suppliers.
Perform current and launch supplier process and readiness assessments.
Implement error proofing for supplier manufacturing processes.
Identify best practices for manufacturing design/processes.
Support/Lead internal and supplier design reviews.
Support plant operations for critical supplier process quality issues.
Drive supplier compliance to all kind of customer requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or education and work experience.
Minimum 5 years industrial industry experience.
Minimum 2 years supplier development and quality experience.
Extensive knowledge of technical standard.
Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience a plus.
