I have served for the biggest company manufacturing pen in Asia.
During the past several years, my work experience of being machine engineer and purchaser engineer equipped myself the knowledge of how to find appropriate supplier and how to control quality and delivery time.
I have been involved in industry of pen for 4 years, and have ever been responsible for some leading brands in this line like "Parker","Dunhill" which have various kinds of products such as metal ball point (push action and twist action), mechanical pencil, roller ball pen and fountain pen.As well, I am very familiar with pen decoration arts such as plating ,painting , engrave, sand blast and draw bench，anodized and paper wrap.
My job experience makes me well known all the manufacturing procedures of pens, for instance, lathing, pipe shirking,injection etc.,as well I am familiar with different quality test specification like film thickness, adhesion, salt spray test etc. Given this, I have mastered ways of how to cut down the cost while mainteining good quality.
