Theme: What’s important when job-sharing?

As a management group, finding someone we like is the most important when we start job-sharing. We all know how hard it is to share credit and blame with someone who doesn’t fit in with us. Not to mention moving to the next step, which is to organize and plan our work.

Secondly, for planning the system for handing work over carefully, delegating the workload according to each other’s particular skills and qualities is highly recommended.

The third rule is to write all our arrangement into tasks list to keep track of work that our team needs to complete. In my opinion, when we delegate work to subordinates or partners, dividing responsibility is also important. During their working hours, everyone has to be clear about his own project to focus on.

Finally, communication is another important factor to consider when we arrange Job-sharing. At work, we need to update the progress of the programs, and timely solve any problem, ensure all work run smoothly.

If we are lucky enough to organize and build up our job-sharing system, the above four steps will help us work more effectively.

PS: Regarding the above opinions, a part of them is from books. I just want to repeat them by using my own words.
