Yesterday, I sent an email about the mold trial result to the team member. My boss tell me my report is bad, the team menbers can not get the status of the molds. It is right. I only summarize the main defects of the molded parts: there are contamination, drag marks on the parts--but only cavity 2 has the drag marks, and the contamination is oil, it can be avoidance if the mold is clean completely. My boss teach me how to write a completive report, and every body can get the whole informations. But one thing I can not agree-- show all the history in the report. I sent the email base on the mold trial request, it has show which mold need to be trial, why i should report the mold no nned to trial? Thanks for his nstruction.
Today, i also send an email to tell the team customer has approved the color of the printing. My boss also teach me how to conduct the color control during production. We should prepare the lower and upper color chip for customer approval in the NPI stage. But i should ask ME to prepare these color card for today's issue, and also prepare the color card of the golden sample.
I hnow his requirement is helpful for the future production.
