Changing will give us more chance

I want to have some change. I work in this company have 2 years. After coming here,I feel I learned nothing. I have not promote on my skills. my son has grow up, he does not need me to teach,to confirm his homework, so I want to change a job. may be I could get more salary with my experience. I like my previous work.however, I need to make my mind. sometime people get more chance when they changed.
