The most shock news is shanghai Husi company 's incident this week ,It the latest in a series of food scandals to hit China in recent years.Shanghai Husi Food Co is alleged to have re-processed expired meat i was very shocked that i read the news on the internet on tuesday .

According to the latest reports, it said the five were held by the Shanghai police, one of them is the quality Manager ,but did not give any further details. Zhang Hui, manager of Husi's quality department, had revealed during investigations that "such meat had been produced under tacit approval of the company's senior managers".

As a quality mange people , especialy a qualtiy manger , i would ask she a question for what is your bottom line of moral , perhaps many people disapproval of my view. due to senior manger approval this ,
she is nearly a scapegoat; many internet friend think so that i had an chat with them, also include part of the quality mange's opinions, this opinion is tacit approval.

when we talk the tacit approval in manufacturing plant, we need discuss the false report of quality, as a quality mange whatever you are an inspector or quality engineer, within so much as the quality manger,
we all know that situation about this , but this was a food company, food safety related to the lives of ordinary people, food safety is as important as the function of auto parts, would you buy some the shaft break frequently car ? no ,because it can affect your life. so you must stick to the bottom line of moral as
a quality manger, we are not the boss of the company,we are only a staff member of company, but we can choose to stick to the principle and give up the principles. if we can't stick to the principle of moral in
