有二面性，第一这种人做事风格还是比较实在的，但在环境不好的厂，往往会被埋没的，因没有好的伯乐，所以会做事同时也要会适时表现；另一方面，这个厂管理环境不好，为什么等人要走了才知人家的价值，这种厂一般是中国内资企业的通病。
