新建议：TS外审不符合项和改进项汇集
突然想到的：既然大家做TS体系都比较辛苦，且为不符合项和改进项的整改而发愁，还不如大家把TS体系审核中发生的不符合项和改进项上传到论坛，一是利于集思广益整改二是对于未审核的企业提个醒，起到防患于未然。

cause:
a.The requirement of TS and quality manual is not understand well; b.No detail method to monitor supplier's manufacturing process performance defined in QP/WI.
Action plan:
1.Study the requirement of TS and quality manual; 2.Add detail method to monitor supplier's manufacturing process performance in QP on supplier & WI on SNCR,require that for material concession,supplier should submit SNCR with root cause and corrective action to improve process performance ; 3.implement the QP /WI .
