最近我厂有几个客户对外观要求非常严格，造成我司大量产品返工．我想请问一下他的要求超过了国标要求的范围，我司是否应该拒绝接受他这个要求

the criteria that the customer required that shall be comformity without other excuse . so what you shoud do is that to comunicate with you customer whether the criteria is attachable .and how to get the aim.
