I am looking for the official explanation/definition in English of the classification of audit findings in ISO 14000 and OHSAS 18000 : Does anyone has a document that provides definition of what is “Major Non Conformance, Minor NC, Requires Corrective Action, and Scope for Improvement” (I don’t know if there are other classifications).
