福特的coc验厂

我们公司验厂时被抓了好几个，改善有点难度
大家看看：
1. Fine exceed the 20%(罚款额度超过工资的20％）
2. Not all the workers join the social insurance（没有为全体员工买社保）
3. No one day off per seven days（没有一周一休）
4. No overtime premium for statutory holiday（法定节假日没有付加班费）
5. No Self audit program to tracking（没有内审程序 注：因公司没有sa8000体系，所以没有内审 程序，可话说回来了，在这个企业干，我们又能审核出什么？审核出来又能怎样？这些问题我们都知道，但是老板若不同意，我们就无法解决。）
6. No Hygience licience（没有食堂卫生许可证）
7. Secuity guard without certificate（保安没有上岗证）

数第2条难改。
