It's some useful web, but lack for some specific examples to demonstrate.
I think,PFMEA is designated to a whole process quality improvement, rather than a parameter or a process indicator solely.So it isn't hard to understand FMEA theory, but it's hard how to break down the process,potential failure and measure them.

We aften have a lot of ideas to tell others what we can do in innovating the process and product or service ...but actually, how to achieve the targets we have set, how to achieve the proecess breakthrough is a big problem lied in a lot of factories.
