钱 VS 前景

Now I have a headache issue for my job selection, the situation as below:
Now I am working in a new JV Windturbine manufacturer company and acting on a middle management position.It is new company and WindTurbine Industry have a very good development future, it is a sun-rising industry in China, here my totally salary including bonus can get to 10W after tax.
I also very like this comany and want to develop and study here very deep Wind Turbine Knowledge and management skills.

If I did not receive a invite from my previous company boss---A Taiwan Company, which is a SMT EMS factory, this factory is located in SuZhou WuJiang, it is very far away from NanTong.

This company was a big company before, but it went down from 2003 till now, the current GM is now stating in Factory and managing by himself, he is now trying to make effort to let the factory survive. So he invited I to joint his factory now, and he promised the Salary 24W before tax to me.
