What and how a quality engineer should do?
As a quality engineer, what and how we should do to offer our hands in our company?
I think we should firstly understand our responsibility and job role. As a quality engineer, you are between pies. One side is customer, another is boss. They two are always negotiating to gain benefit. We should set standards on both sides and let them give you field to survive. However, your are sure to take some risks from two sides. That's why we are blamed by two sides. However if you have the right way to solve the problem and prevent the similar defects. You are successful in QM.
In Communication, as quality engineer, you should be patient enough to convince others. More important, you should always take the initiatives and actions on problems.
Other way, you need to have knowledge in general marketing and engineering. QA is an endless roadmap in an entrepreneur's career!
