Salary of quality guys(Secret)
Salary of quality guys is flexible ranging from 1000~20000/M for Chinese.
I admit salary of CQO is less than CFO or CTO. However, the difference is not too much which is less than 5%. Higher position means less difference and when you became CEO, you are the highest! (quality engineer---quality manager---CQO---CEO). Junior qulity tecjhnician gets the least.
Higher salary means less competitors if you have the right capabilities. You should deveop multi-skill such as marketing, finance, technics, language, communication, leadership as well. The more, the higher!
