1.many points in LPA actually are the duties of employees., such as precheck of error proofing equipment.They have to do their job on daily basis.So no need to make another new name and creat many wasteful paperwork.
In the actual world, most of process design or product deign are not robust. There are always some difference between paper process and real process. These difference will usually make the auditor embrassed .
If the auditor is not familar with the process, the auditing is eay to become a 'show". Auditee will try to show instead of real improvement.
Many others. Generally, I don't like the Chrysler's LPA. Also, though Chrysler has created so many paperwork, its quality is like a garbage.
I prefer Toyota's production mode which is based on HUman Being , not paperwork .
