关于ISO9000中客户满意度的注释
英文版的ISO9000中在对满意度定义之后,有条注释2,原话是这样的:
NOTE2.even when customer requirements have been agreed with the customer and fulfilled, this does not necessarily ensyre high customer satisfication.
意思是否是说:即使客户的要求很合理而且被满足,也不能确保很高的客户满意度?
该如何理解这句话,请大虾赐教.谢谢.
