验证,确认,评审之间有什么区别与联系点?

First of all thanks to all fellows who kindly help me to clarify some question with me, however, I don't need these kinds of abstracted and vague theory, I know what are verification, validation and review, eg. validation is refering to confirmation, through provsion of objective evidence that specified requirement has been fufilled; and review is an activities to see whether it's suitability, adquency and efficiency to achieve the target where your organization sets.

I do need some practical examples to distinguish their variables.
