Global Supplier Quality Manager
Location : Shanghai

A. JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting functionally to the Senior Manager - Supplier Quality, the incumbent will station in Shanghai, and is responsible for managing The company's suppliers, in all quality and technical aspects. Major activities include:
· Sourcing and qualification of new supplier
· Monitoring and reporting of supplier performance
· Regular audit of supplier manufacturing process
· Support of The company's new model pilot run and production in supplier factory
· Manage supplier continuous quality improvement activities
· Expedite and support supplier to resolve all quality and technical issues
· Support The company's World Wide Procurement activities
· Support The company's visitors from other regions

B. JOB REQUIREMENT

· University graduate in Electronic Engineering or related discipline
· 5 to 10 years working experience in personal computer or related product manufacturing, preferably in Manufacture/Process Engineering or Quality
· Expertise in Electronic Card Assembly manufacturing process is a must
· Working experience in multinational company
· Experience in project management and supplier management is an advantage
· Willing to travel, with possible relocation to other part of China in the future
· Good communication and interpersonal skill
· Can communicate in both spoken and written English
