the future of QA job

I am QE engineer for three years.and I change three jobs from graduating from college.There is no leader who think much of quality in the companies.
It is pity of the company and chinese quality.Leader regard R&D,yield and short-lived behalf;and they think quality is nonsense and wasteful.

who can tell me which company or factory think much of quality?I am not happy in nowaday job.
