Successful completion of MBB Training
All prework must be completed prior to the week of training for which it is assigned.
Attendance at all scheduled class time is mandatory.
All between-class homework must be completed in full.
Candidates will actively participate in all class discussions and exercises.
Successful completion of a comprehensive Master Black Belt Certification exam. (Pass is defined as a score of 80% or better)
Complete one complex project
Teach a minimum of two Black Belt Modules
Coach 10 successful projects with combined annual benefits of $1.5 million
