SQE经理给SQE上的课
上个星期,老板把所有SQE(14位)叫在一块,开了2个小时的会,应该是培训吧!
事后,叫每个人把他培训内容整理EMAIL给他,晕。。。
各位,看一下我的总结如下:
1.HOW TO HANDLE PRODUCTION QUALITY
Once receive RI complaint from production line, first, SQE need confirm issue with process or QA on-site to see if related to incoming. If yes, need collect lot information & affected qty (WIP, stock and KWE), and then call up a MRB for disposition. If no, need feedback enough evidence to explain. Secondly you need find out why happen to defect, such FAI, MQIC, or miss RI, then feedback to supplier for CA. Finally, track the problem with MQA until SCAR or CA is closed
2.HOW TO HANDLE RI QUALITY
-For every defect, SQE need issue a SCAR to supplier, some photo are preferred
-If rework or sorting is needed, SQE must work out an operation instruction and try to provide necessary tool and a suitable workshop
3.HOW TO HANDLE UNGENT QUALITY ISSUE
-1st priority, SQE should make sure to keep line going, if possible, need mobilize MQA to provide rework or screen support
-You also can request a quick action at supplier side
-Report the problem to SQE manger & customer to get more help
4.SUPPLIER PERFORMANCE
-Perfect supplier survey firstly before on-site audit new supplier
-Perform intensive audit at supplier side that score 2 or below
-Weekly quality review with Key Supplier
-Monthly quality review with 2nd level supplier
-Overall Supplier Process and System audit in every half year
-Involve measurement method
-Review all measurements results based on drawing before sent out
-Keep record in FAI list and complete ASL
-Need verify the implementation of SCAR at supplier side
-Follow the status of improved lot, further inform MQA to tighten sampling size in advance. If reoccurrence, need request additional SCAR
-Consistent 3 lots pass RI inspection, should close SCAR correctly
-Excellent PC, oral & written communications skill, good coordinator in problem solving activity with both supplier and related internal department
-Develop your ability of measurement method and Gage R&R
-Deeply understand part PMP and be concerned with the issues and difficulties that suppliers have
-Get more experience in the field of common part, for example plastic, metal, PCBA etc
