QC Engineering chart is actually the QCP.
The very left side is the flow chart. We need to fill the process/facilities which were used and what's the material & CTQ of each step.
Also the detailed specific of CTQ and the sampling and related WI for each process or CTQ.
Record and reaction plan should be highlight as well for people on field reference.
