关于label的问题！！！ 大家来帮忙！！！

以下文字是南美客户给我们的邮件中写道的。

we requested that all the marking applied on products are legible and lasting, if any person want to remove it the label will be destroyed.

对于其中红色的文字不是很清楚它的处处是什么。 客户说是IEC标准里面有的。但是，我只记得有前面那一句话。大家可以给我说说这个要求是从哪里出处的么？

这个产品是一个数码相机。带AC/DC adaptor的。

应用相应的欧洲标准应该是：
2.1. Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC Directive)
I.T. Equipment EN 55024:1998 (Immunity)
EN 55022:1998 (Emissions)
If provided with an adapter:
Harmonic current EN 61000-3-2:2000
Flicker, Voltage fluctuation EN 61000-3-3:1995+A1
2.2. Safety (Low Voltage Directive, General Safety Directive)
If provided with an adapter:
I.T. Equipment EN 60950:2000
