Solder Ball 焊接不良！

我司最近接到客户的投诉，焊接不良。
如图：

不知各位熟悉工艺的大侠，能否确定是什么原因？
有的样品把solder ball 去掉，测量了contact的Ni层厚度，和未焊接的厚度范围一致。
也就是不是Ni层剥离～～～～

This is a cross-section -- therefore this solder joint might be a row of solder iinstead of a sphere.

Some issues on the solder joint though:

Could be poor solderability of the leads or not enough heat.
