logistic--planning:
1 how do you calculate the lead time reported on your order acknowledgement?
2 do you have planning tools(SOP MPS....)
3 how do you manage the customer forecasts?
4 do you identify and manage the bottlenecks?
5 how do you freeze your manufacturing plans?
6 how do you dispatch the work on shopfloor? do the people know the manufacturing plan?
7 how do yiou survey the manufactruing plan progress?
8 do you measure your service rate?(respect to lead time to delivery)
9 do you analyse the main causes of delay? action plans?
