任职要求： Industrial Engineer or process quality engineer background, at least 3 years experience,
Have engineering leader experiance or implemented six sigma green belt project will be prefered,
Major in Industrial Engineering and similar the QC 7 tools, IE methods on problem solving,
Good command of English, computer skill,
Highly self motivation, good command of communication.

职位职责： To monitor the process and develop SOP, and optimize the process paramters, to maintain the process reliability with FMEA, SPC, Error-proof tools etc.,
To plan, organize and lunch process continuous improvement projects, and give train to other team members,
To work on productivity improvement for increase the capacity.
To work on the process defects & scrap reduction through increase the machine/process realiability & process optimize.
