Leaded or leadless components intended for surface mounting shall have their leads or terminations immersed at between 20°~45°to the flux surface.
这里的 Leaded or leadless 是什么意思啊？
我试着译一下：轴向引线的、辐射状线线的、多引线的样品打算供穿孔安装使用，其引线应近似垂直进入助焊剂，有铅的及无铅的（？）／引线型及无引线型（？）……以20°~45°角进入。
怎么都别扭啊
