1. General Safety Precautions
工厂工业安全规则
1.Plan before starting work.
开工前事先计划妥善
2. Follow safe working procedures.
遵守安全工作程序
3. Observe all safety rules and use the safety equipment issued.
遵守安全条例和使用安全配备
4. Obey all warning signs and notices.
遵守警告标志和告示。
5. Ask your supervisor if you have doubts.
若有疑问，应向指导工询问。
6. Report all unsafe conditions to your supervisor or foreman immediately.
若发现不安全的情况，应马上向指导工或高级指导工报告。
7. Do not wear loose sleeves ,gloves or ring ,sport long hair when working.
工作时，不要穿衣袖宽大的衣服，戴宽大的手套或戒指或蓄留长发
8. Do not engage in horseplay while working.
工作时，不要随意开玩笑、恶作剧。
9. Do not ant with potential harm to others.
不要做可能危及自已和他人的事情。
10.Concentrate on your work.
工作时要专心。

1. Do not rush on the job.

工作时不要太急躁。
12.Pay attention to the work surroundings and other approaching person(s) who may injure you.
留意周围环境及当心被其他逼近你的人员所伤。
13.Knowing/understanding the machine.
了解机器（状况，性能及操作法）。
14.Do not operate those machines which you have not been trained to use.
不要操作那些你没有被教导操作过的机器。
15.Switch off machine and wait for cutter(s) or mechanism to stop completely before making repairs, adjustment or cleaning. Besides, warning sign board should be displayed and lockout system should be used to isolate the source of power to prevent the a machine in order to prevent accidents.
修理、调整或弄干净机器前，须关掉所有开关并等待所有刀具或机件完全停止。此外，为了防止机器被别人启动时伤到，应展示警示牌及使用锁扣系统以隔离动力来源。
16.All safe guards must be adjusted properly and fixed firmly before operation.
操作机器前，须调整好及牢固所有的安全护盖。
17.Do not put hand(S) into operating zone or on any moving part of a machine.
不要将手伸入机器危险区或搁在任何机器运动组件上。
18.Wear ear protectors (ear plugs or ear muffs) to prevent hearing loss or noise induces deafness when exposed to noise level above 85dB(A).
当处在噪音水平高达85分贝或以上时，须戴护耳配备（耳塞或耳罩）以防听觉受损或耳聋。
19.Wear safety shoes to prevent foot injuries that can be caused by falling objects or sharp metals.
防止足部被掉落物件或尖锐金属等所伤，应穿安全鞋。
20.Wear face mask or respirator to reduce the risk of contaminants.
配戴口罩或呼吸面罩以降低微尘污染的危险度。
21.Do not wear gloves while working on rotating part(s) of a machine, such as drilling machine, boring machine router, lathe, ect.
当靠近转动机件作业时，不要戴手套，以免手被卷入受伤，如钻孔机，镗孔机，花槽机，车床等。
22.Always check the tools/machines for any malfunction before proceeding with the work.
工作进行前，应检查工具/机器的性能。
23.Do not oil or adjust unguarded machines while any parts are in motions.
当任何机件正在运转中，不要添油或调机。
24.Do not leave machine running unattended.
机器在运转中，不要离开。
25.Wear the hair net/tie up long hair when working around machines with rotating parts.
当靠近转动中的机器时，应戴安全发网或束缚长发。
26.Do not leave moving machines unattended. Do not clean or repair the machine while it is moving.
转动中的机器，不可没人照顾。 机器开动时，不可进行抹擦或维修工作。
