客户马上要审核了，提到了设备的Cpk要大于1.5
请问，设备的Cpk如何做，是以作GR&R的方式做可以吗 ？
再结合客户要求这句原话理解下，是不是我理解偏了
All equimpment is capable of producing product to the technology needed and is best in class. Critical process equimpment characterization Cpk's are >1.5/ All equimpment is state of the art for the commodity。
