Motorola supplier quality management

This document identifies the method for a supplier to demonstrate component compliance to
print/specification requirements. It supports part qualification, ongoing part compliance
validation and supplier process control including Process Average Testing (PAT), Statistical
Yield Analysis (SYA), and Junction Verification Test (JVT). It identifies some of the statistical
and process control requirements that must be maintained. It is not intended as a full description
of the Motorola qualification process or as an all-inclusive guide for a supplier’s internal process
control procedures.
