how to choose six sigma project

I am working for a US famous company, and I've passed the Six Simga BB Test in 2006. Now I want to do a few BB projects and get the BB certificate. But I'm confused for somthing.
Firstly, our company don't push Six Sigma, we our own CI system, named CI and VP(value process);
Secondly, I ever tried to find some six sigma project, but that did be difficult, many project can be solved by some simple method.;
Thirdly, I ever discuss with our Quality Directer, he is a BB, he think many company has not the primary conditions for pushing six sigma, six sigma is an advance tools for improvement, differnt tools should be should for different level of company: 5S-->Lean-->Six Sigma.....

What's your opinion about the project choosing? :P
