Temperator and RH control.

My company is a EMS company and then we have many MSDS compondents, so it's very important the Temperator and RH under control, below is the criterion in our company,
First floor: Temperature:18-28C, RH:30%-60% (have wave machine)
Second floor:Temperature:21-25C, RH:30%-60%(have reflow)
how about the criterion in your company?
is there any international standards on this?
