再问几个NPR的问题

我们是TL中的第7类产品,NPRS是什么指的。
还有再请教几项理解
1)any other event where there is no customer expectation of investigation and corrective or preventative action by the organization

2)reports of outages received after their occurrence without the request from the customer for investigation,such as reports from the standard outage template system

3)engineering complaints submitted by the customer that the customer requests be handled in accordance with GR-230-CORE
